OlDevs works with businesses across Dubai and the wider Dubai Emirate, remotely from our Vancouver studio on Pacific time, with travel to the UAE when a stage of the work calls for it.Dubai runs 12 hours ahead of Vancouver, so calls sit either in your evening and our early morning or in your morning and our evening, and the hours in between are used for written handovers. The work covers web app development, Android and iOS apps, web development, full-stack engineering, AI development and performance marketing.

Build
Two week cycles with a working demo every week on a private link, so you can try the real thing on your own device before our next call rather than reading a status report.

We rehearse the release on a staging environment, agree a cutover time that suits Gulf Standard Time, and stay on call through your first business day after go live.

No. The studio is in Vancouver, British Columbia, and there is no OlDevs office or staff in Dubai. Clients here are served remotely with video calls scheduled in Gulf Standard Time, and we travel to the UAE when a workshop, a launch or an on-site review genuinely calls for it.
We treat the overlap as a fixed appointment rather than a hope. Calls land in your evening and our early morning, or in your morning and our evening, decisions are written down the same day, and the rest of our working day is spent building against those decisions so there is fresh progress waiting when you start.
Major cloud providers run regions inside the UAE, so production data can stay in country while lower environments sit elsewhere if that is simpler. We agree the region during discovery, record where every store and backup lives, and leave that documentation with you.
