OlDevs produces performance ad creative in-house for organisations running paid media.Static and video ads, motion graphics, UGC-style video, ad and landing-page copy, and the variant sets needed for structured testing. Assets are delivered platform-ready for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic placements, named and tagged so every result attributes back to the concept that earned it. The discipline serves corporations, associations, government bodies, franchises, and entrepreneurs who need creative that lowers cost per result, not creative that only looks good.

Process
Creative audit
We review your live and past ads, competitor creative, and account data to see what has worked, what has fatigued, and where the gaps are.
Concepts
We write the angles, hooks, and scripts, then share a concept board for approval before anything goes into production.
Production
Design, motion, UGC shoots, and copy are produced in-house and exported to spec for every placement in the plan.
Test
Variants launch in structured tests, one variable at a time, with enough budget and time to reach a clear read.
Iterate
Winners are scaled and used to brief the next round; losers are retired with the reason documented so the same mistake is not made twice.
How we work
Every concept starts with account performance, search and social listening, and the words customers actually use in reviews and sales calls.
The opening frame or line decides whether anything else gets seen, so hooks are written first, produced in several versions, and tested hardest.
Captions are burned in, each frame carries one message, and the offer is visible without a tap or the volume on.
Variants alter a single element, hook, angle, format, or offer, so a winning ad tells us why it won and what to make next.
Files are cut to the exact dimensions and durations of each placement and named to a convention that rolls up in reporting by concept.
We watch frequency, hook rate, and cost per result weekly and ship replacements before performance slides, not after.
Who it's for
Whether the audience is a customer, a member, a citizen, or your own team, the work has to hold up under real use.
Multi-market campaigns that need brand-safe creative at volume, cleared through brand and legal, and versioned for each region, language, and channel.
Public-information, membership, and recruitment campaigns that must be accessible, bilingual where required, plain-spoken, and defensible in a review.
A master creative system head office controls, with locally versioned ads each franchisee can run without breaking the brand or the budget.
Lean creative sprints that find a working ad before the budget runs out, with UGC and motion that punch above the size of your team.

Challenge
Paid social had settled into three ads that had been running for more than a year, and results decayed a little every month. New creative appeared only when the budget cycle allowed it, so there was never enough volume to learn what genuinely worked. The brand had a studio's worth of raw footage sitting unused and no method for turning it into tests.
Solution
We built a creative testing system the brand runs itself: a shot list mapped to five message angles, a naming convention that carries angle, hook and format straight into Meta Ads Manager, and a fixed weekly edit day that ships a set number of new concepts. Tests run in their own campaign with a clean structure, and winners graduate into evergreen ad sets rather than being rebuilt from scratch. A Looker Studio board reads results by angle, so the team learns which idea works instead of which file performed.

FAQ
A typical first sprint runs about three weeks: the creative audit and concept board in week one, production in week two, and a test-ready variant set exported to spec by the end of week three. Simple static refreshes can move faster; UGC shoots and multi-market video usually take longer because of scheduling and approvals. After the first round, most clients settle into a two-week cadence of new variants.
Access to your ad accounts or their performance exports, your brand guidelines and existing asset library, a clear description of the offer and who it is for, and a named approver who can turn concepts around within two business days. If you have customer research, reviews, or sales-call notes, send them; they are the best source of hooks we have. We handle the rest, including creator sourcing for UGC and licensing for music and stock.
We produce to spec for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and programmatic display, plus landing pages and email where the campaign needs them. Production runs on the Adobe suite, Figma, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, with Frame.io for review and a shared asset library you can open at any time. If your team already keeps a design system in Figma, we build inside it rather than beside it.
Every asset carries a naming convention that ties it to a concept, hook, format, and offer, so platform reporting rolls up by idea rather than by file. We track hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate, cost per result, and frequency for each concept, and flag fatigue before it shows up in cost. You receive a creative performance review each month alongside the Performance Marketing report, with a clear list of what to scale, refresh, or retire.
You do. All final assets, working files, scripts, and UGC footage are delivered to your own storage, with creator usage rights and stock licences documented so nothing expires without warning. Ad accounts, pixels, and asset libraries stay in your name with OlDevs added as a partner, and our access is removed the day an engagement ends. Nothing we make for you is reused for another client.
As an extension of it. We agree on a brand-safety checklist and approval path up front, share a concept board before anything goes into production, and run reviews in a shared workspace so feedback lands on the exact frame it is about. Your team can contribute briefs, take over templates, or hand us the whole production queue; the cadence is set to match your approval speed, not ours.
Pricing depends on the mix of formats, the number of variants per sprint, whether UGC shoots or creator sourcing are involved, and how many platforms we produce for. Because of that we scope each engagement individually rather than publishing a rate card. Request a quote with a short description of your channels and monthly ad budget and we will reply within one business day with a recommended scope.
