Process
Account audit
We review existing ad accounts, pixel health, audience assets and past creative to find what worked and what was wasting budget.
Funnel plan
We map the funnel by platform: which audiences see prospecting, what triggers retargeting, and what each stage has to return.
Build & launch
Campaigns, audiences, tracking and creative go live with clear naming conventions and a testing calendar for the first eight weeks.
Optimise
Weekly reviews move budget to winning ad sets, retire tired creative and open new audiences as the account learns.
Report
Monthly reports tie spend to leads and revenue, with a live dashboard in between so nobody waits for numbers.
How we work
Every campaign starts with a measurement plan: pixel, Conversions API and server-side events are verified before the first impression is served.
We separate the two in the account structure so each stage gets its own budget, creative and success metric instead of blurring into one average.
Hooks, formats and offers are tested in structured rounds, and only statistically clear winners graduate to scaled spend.
First-party lists and site visitors come first, lookalikes second, and broad interest targeting last, so the cheapest conversions are captured before we pay for reach.
Frequency caps and exclusion lists keep warm audiences from seeing the same ad twenty times and stop us paying to reach customers who already bought.
Results are read against your analytics and CRM, the same numbers the rest of your marketing uses, not just the ad platform's own dashboard.

“I stopped waking up to check the ad account. The flows run, the numbers reconcile, and I can plan inventory against them.”
Challenge
Paid social was the brand's only growth channel, and after a platform pricing change it stopped paying for itself. Email was a single monthly newsletter to the whole list, most creative was reshot product photography that looked like everyone else's, and the founder was making budget decisions from platform-reported figures that did not match the store's own order data.
Solution
We set up server-side conversion tracking and reconciled it against order data, so spend decisions rested on what actually shipped. Creative moved to a weekly testing cadence of short customer-shot video, founder explainers and comparison formats, with losers cut on a fixed schedule. Email and SMS were rebuilt into lifecycle flows, including welcome, browse and cart recovery, post-purchase care and a winback sequence, so revenue no longer depended on the day's ad auction. On-site, we tested the product page and checkout, which raised conversion enough to change the economics of every paid click.

“We can put a new idea in front of customers the same week somebody has it.”
Challenge
Paid social had settled into three ads that had been running for more than a year, and results decayed a little every month. New creative appeared only when the budget cycle allowed it, so there was never enough volume to learn what genuinely worked. The brand had a studio's worth of raw footage sitting unused and no method for turning it into tests.
Solution
We built a creative testing system the brand runs itself: a shot list mapped to five message angles, a naming convention that carries angle, hook and format straight into Meta Ads Manager, and a fixed weekly edit day that ships a set number of new concepts. Tests run in their own campaign with a clean structure, and winners graduate into evergreen ad sets rather than being rebuilt from scratch. A Looker Studio board reads results by angle, so the team learns which idea works instead of which file performed.

FAQ
Retargeting campaigns usually produce measurable leads or sales within the first two weeks, because they reach people who already know you. Cold prospecting takes longer: each platform needs roughly a week of learning per ad set, and we typically run four to eight weeks of creative and audience testing before we know what to scale. Expect a clear read on the account by the end of month two, with gains compounding from there as the audiences and creative library mature.
Admin access to your Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads account for YouTube, or permission to create them in your organisation's name. We also need access to your website and CRM for tracking, any existing customer lists you are comfortable using for audiences, brand guidelines and logo files, and a clear definition of what a qualified lead or a good sale looks like. If you have past campaign data or creative, we audit that as well.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube are our core platforms; we add Pinterest, Snapchat or Reddit when the audience justifies it. For measurement we use each platform's pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and your CRM, whether that is HubSpot, Salesforce or something else. Reporting lives in Looker Studio or the BI tool your team already uses.
You get a live dashboard showing spend, impressions, clicks, leads, sales and cost per result by platform, campaign and funnel stage, plus a monthly written review that explains what changed, why, and what we are testing next. We reconcile platform-reported conversions against your analytics and CRM, so the numbers you see are the ones your business actually recorded rather than what the ad platforms claim on their own.
You do. Every ad account, pixel, audience and creative asset is created inside business assets you own, and OlDevs works as a partner with delegated access. If we part ways, you remove our access and keep everything: campaign history, audiences, creative and reporting included. We never run client campaigns from accounts we control.
As an extension of it. Most clients keep brand, content and approvals in-house while we handle strategy, build, optimisation and reporting. We share a working channel in Slack, Teams or email, agree an approval process for new creative, and hold a short weekly check-in plus a monthly review. If your team produces the ads, we brief them on what the data says is working; if not, our Creative & Media discipline can produce them.
It depends on the number of platforms, your monthly ad spend, how much creative production you need, and whether you want ongoing management or a one-time setup and handover. Media spend is always paid directly to the platforms from your own accounts, never through us.
