Process
Audit
We review your current tags, GA4 property, consent set-up and data gaps against the actual conversions in your CRM.
Measurement plan
We define the events, conversions, attribution model and dashboard KPIs that describe your business, and agree them with your team.
Implement
We build the GA4 and server-side tagging, connect ad platforms and CRM, and QA every event before it goes live.
Test
We analyse funnels and behaviour, build a prioritised backlog of hypotheses, and run A/B tests until each reaches significance.
Report
Live dashboards and a monthly review show what moved, why it moved, and which test runs next.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a tracking audit that compares what GA4 reports against your CRM and platform data, so we know exactly where the numbers disagree.
We write a measurement plan before touching a tag, mapping each business goal to a named event, a conversion definition and an owner.
Tracking changes go through a staging container and a QA checklist before they publish, and we document every tag, trigger and variable.
Test ideas are scored on expected impact, confidence and effort, so the highest-value experiments run first.
No test is called until it reaches a pre-agreed sample size and significance threshold; we do not ship winners on a hunch.
Dashboards and monthly reviews report the same numbers your finance team sees, with anomalies flagged the day they happen.
Who it's for
Whether the audience is a customer, a member, a citizen, or your own team, the work has to hold up under real use.
Multiple properties, regions and business units need a single measurement standard, governed GA4 accounts and dashboards that roll up to the board.
Membership drives, programme enrolments and public campaigns need accountable reporting, privacy-compliant tracking and accessible forms that convert.
Every location gets consistent tracking and its own view of leads, while head office sees the whole network, attribution by market and which pages win.
Clean tracking from day one, a handful of dashboards that matter, and a testing programme that earns more from every visitor before you buy more traffic.

“For the first time I can tell the partners what a new patient costs in Kelowna versus Calgary, and the number is real because it comes from the booking system.”
Challenge
Each clinic ran its own ads through whichever agency the practice manager had inherited, so the group was bidding against itself on the same keywords in the same cities. Booking forms were tracked as page views, not bookings, which meant nobody could say what a new patient actually cost. Organic traffic went almost entirely to the homepage, then left.
Solution
We consolidated everything into one ad account with location-level campaigns and a shared negative-keyword list, so clinics stopped competing for the same clicks. Analytics was rebuilt to record a booking only when the practice-management system confirmed one, giving the group a real cost per new patient by clinic and by service. We then wrote and structured service and location pages for the procedures patients actually search for, and ran a series of booking-form tests: fewer fields, insurance questions moved after the appointment request, and a phone-first option on mobile.

“We stopped debating which newsletter to send this week, and most of our repeat orders now come from messages that go out without anyone touching them.”
Challenge
The roaster sent one newsletter a week to the entire list and nothing else, so a first time buyer and a three year subscriber got identical mail. Cancellations were handled ad hoc through the support inbox, and nobody could say which message had brought a lapsed customer back. Open rates had slid for over a year and a growing share of sends never reached the inbox at all.
Solution
We rebuilt the programme in Klaviyo as six flows: welcome, first order onboarding, replenishment timed to each customer's bag size and grind, winback, a cancellation save with a pause option, and post delivery review requests. On deliverability we authenticated the sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, moved sending to a dedicated subdomain, warmed it over three weeks and suppressed addresses with no engagement in twelve months. Revenue per flow is reported against a holdout group so the roaster can see what the automation is actually worth.

FAQ
A tracking audit and measurement plan take two to three weeks. GA4 and server-side implementation typically ship within four to six weeks of the plan being approved, depending on how many platforms and properties we connect. Conversion-rate optimisation is continuous: most tests need two to six weeks of traffic to reach significance, and we run the programme on a rolling monthly cycle with a quarterly review of the roadmap.
Admin access to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and any other ad platforms you run, plus read access to your CRM or e-commerce platform so we can reconcile conversions. We also ask for a short conversation about business goals and how you define a qualified lead or sale. If you do not have GA4 or a tag manager yet, we create them inside your organisation's accounts.
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (web and server-side containers), BigQuery, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Conversions API, Microsoft Advertising and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. For behaviour analysis and testing we use Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely and Convert, and we connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce and most CRMs. If you already have a stack, we work within it rather than replacing it.
Every engagement has a live Looker Studio dashboard showing conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and revenue by channel, refreshed daily from GA4, the ad platforms and your CRM. Each A/B test is reported with its hypothesis, sample size, confidence level and the lead or revenue impact. We hold a monthly review to walk through the numbers, explain what moved and agree the next round of tests.
You do. GA4 properties, Tag Manager containers, BigQuery projects and dashboards are created under your organisation's Google account, with OlDevs added as a user. All tracking documentation, test results and reports are yours to keep. If you ever move on, nothing needs to be rebuilt and no access is lost.
We plug into your existing workflow. Your developers get a documented data-layer specification and a QA checklist; your marketers get a shared test backlog and a dashboard they can use without us. We communicate through your preferred channel, join sprint planning where it helps, and can train your team to run the programme themselves. Many clients keep us for the technical tracking and attribution work while handling day-to-day analysis in-house.
Pricing depends on how many platforms and properties we connect, whether server-side tracking is required, and the scale of the testing programme. Because every stack is different we scope each engagement individually rather than publishing a rate card.
