Build
Weekly sprints, each ending in a working demo and a fresh build on staging you can test yourself. One accountable team handles design, development and QA, with progress visible in your project tracker.
Launch
Final accessibility, security and performance checks, then deployment to Canadian hosting. For larger launches we can be in Toronto in person for training, go-live and stakeholder sessions.

Our only studio is in Vancouver, so no. Toronto clients work with us remotely through video calls in Eastern Time, a shared project tracker and a staging environment they can open any time. When something is better handled in the same room, a discovery workshop or a launch, we travel to Toronto for it.
Yes. We are three hours behind Toronto, so your 12:00 to 17:30 is our 9:00 to 14:30, and we hold that window for meetings, reviews and the weekly demo. Messages sent in your morning are answered when we open, and urgent launch-day support is scheduled to your clock, not ours.
Yes. PIPEDA covers Ontario businesses, FIPPA and MFIPPA cover provincial and municipal public bodies, and PHIPA governs personal health information. We identify which apply to your organisation in discovery and design collection, consent, retention and access handling to suit. Your counsel remains the authority on interpretation; we build to it.
Yes. Canadian cloud regions are our default for Ontario clients, and Toronto-based regions are available from the major providers if you want data kept within the province. Backups, logs and analytics stay in Canada too, and we document the whole setup for your compliance or security review.
