Public-facing sites carry ADA Title III litigation risk, and the 2024 ADA Title II rule sets WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government web content, with deadlines in April 2026 for populations of 50,000 or more and April 2027 for smaller entities. No. Our studio is in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we have no office or staff in Reno. Work runs remotely with video calls in Pacific Time, and we travel to Reno when a project genuinely benefits from being in the room, such as a warehouse walkthrough or a launch workshop.

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard. That matters for ADA Title III exposure on public-facing sites, and for state and local government content covered by the 2024 ADA Title II rule requiring WCAG 2.1 AA. We are developers, not lawyers, so your counsel should confirm what applies to you.
