Built for Nevada

What Las Vegas projects need us to get right.

The local rules and realities we design for from the first call.

01

Nevada NRS 603A opt-out

Nevada's NRS 603A gives consumers the right to opt out of the sale of covered information, and there is no comprehensive state privacy statute as of our last review. We build the opt-out mechanism, notice hooks and data inventory needed to honour it, plus federal rules such as CAN-SPAM for email.

02

Accessibility for public-facing venues

Hotel, venue and event sites in Las Vegas face ADA Title III litigation risk because they serve the public. The 2024 Title II rule holds Nevada state and local government content to WCAG 2.1 AA from April 2026 or 2027, and Section 508 covers federal work. We build everything to WCAG 2.2 AA.

03

English and Spanish

English leads, but Spanish is widely spoken across Las Vegas, so guest bookings, event registration and staff tools often need both. We treat Spanish as a first-class language with its own routes and metadata, not a machine-translated afterthought, and we test the flows in both.

04

US hosting on the West Coast

Las Vegas projects are hosted on US cloud regions, most often AWS us-west-2 in Oregon or a West Coast Azure or Google Cloud region, keeping data in the United States with short paths to Nevada users. Your organisation owns the cloud account; we build inside it and hand it over intact.

Sectors

Who we work with in Las Vegas.

Hospitality and gaming

Resorts and gaming operators need booking engines that stay up under peak load, guest apps for check-in and loyalty, and AI that personalises offers or handles routine guest questions. We build for scale and integrate with the property systems you already run.

Conventions and events

Show organisers ask for registration platforms, exhibitor portals, attendee apps and campaigns that sell out sessions. We build tools that survive the day-one surge, with live schedules, badge scanning and analytics your sales team can use during the show.

Tourism

Attractions, tour operators and destination marketers want fast booking sites, multilingual content and paid search, shopping and social campaigns that reach travellers before they land. We pair the build with marketing so both are measured together.

Logistics

Warehouses and distribution firms need dispatch dashboards, driver apps, route optimisation and predictive models for demand and maintenance. We start with the workflow on the dock, build the tools operators use and add machine learning where it pays.

Process

Working with OlDevs from Las Vegas.

  1. Discover

We kick off by video at whatever hour suits your Las Vegas team, since we share Pacific Time. Goals, users, integrations and constraints go into a written scope you approve before design starts.

  2. Design

Wireframes and clickable prototypes are reviewed weekly with your team and, where useful, with guests, attendees or drivers who will use the product, so the design is proven before development begins.

  3. Build

A working demo lands every week and staging is open to you throughout. One accountable team builds the web app, the mobile apps and the AI features, so decisions do not stall between vendors.

  4. Launch

We time go-live around your calendar, avoiding a show weekend or peak booking window, monitor the first days together, and hand over all code, accounts and documentation. You own everything.

  5. Grow

After launch we keep improving with analytics, CRO and paid or organic campaigns as needed. When a rollout across properties or a large event calls for it, we come to Las Vegas in person.

FAQ

Las Vegas — questions we hear first.

No. OlDevs is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we serve Las Vegas remotely, with on-site visits when a discovery workshop, a property rollout or a launch benefits from having us in the room. Day to day, work runs over video calls, shared staging and a weekly demo.

Yes, without any offset. Las Vegas and Vancouver both use Pacific Time, so our working days line up hour for hour. That means same-day answers, calls that fit your schedule, and support during your business hours. We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

We build to Nevada NRS 603A, which gives consumers the right to opt out of the sale of covered information, and we note that Nevada has no comprehensive consumer-privacy statute as of our last review. Federal sector rules such as CAN-SPAM still apply to guest and attendee email. Your counsel and our team confirm the exact obligations during discovery.

Yes. We deploy Las Vegas projects to US regions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, typically on the West Coast for low latency to Nevada, under a cloud account your organisation owns. Backups, access control and billing stay in your hands.

Booking and registration web apps for hospitality and events, guest and attendee mobile apps, AI for personalised offers and customer support, and performance marketing that fills rooms, shows and tours. Logistics and construction firms mostly ask for dispatch and field apps.
