Perth runs 15 hours ahead of Vancouver, so your morning is our late afternoon and early evening the day before. That is a genuine live window and we book calls inside it. Between calls the work moves through written updates, recorded demos and a shared board, and we answer every enquiry within one business day.
We can host in Australian cloud regions if you want records to stay in country, which also shortens the trip for Perth users, or in another region if the business prefers that. The decision is made with you before the build, set up in accounts you own, and written down for your advisers to review.
